About us — what we do and how we work

There is no inflated presentation on this page. We wrote down as it is what we do, how the work is ordered, and on which points we give our word and on which we don't.

IPTV Baku is an IPTV subscription service in Azerbaijan. Put simply, our work is this: we give you access to channels and a film and series archive over the internet on your television, your phone or your computer, we do the setup remotely, and after that we keep an eye on it working.

On this page you will not find the company's founding date, a headcount or photos of an office — because we don't want to invent numbers like that. Instead we write what is actually useful to you: how we work and what stands behind each promise.

What we do

Subscription service

We provide access to channels and a film and series archive over the internet. The channel base covers HD, Full HD and 4K quality — the list is here.

Remote setup

We pick the app that suits your device, send the steps in writing and open the first channel with you. 5–10 minutes on average: setup.

Ongoing support

Contact doesn't stop after the setup. Channels, quality, a change of device — whatever the question, it gets an answer over WhatsApp.

Installations for business

For multi-screen venues like hotels, restaurants, cafes, sports bars and offices a separate plan is drawn up: IPTV for business.

How we work

Our way of working has three stages, and all three happen in a chat — there is no office to visit and no technician to wait for at home.

1

The trial first

The first thing we offer a new customer is not a payment but a 24-hour free trial. No card details are asked for. The aim is simple: see how the service behaves on your own internet before you pay for it.

2

Then the setup

Trial or subscription — it makes no difference, we do the setup the same way. We look at the device model, pick the app, send the steps and open the first channel together.

3

The subscription last

A plan is only chosen and paid for after you have decided you like it. The plans and the figures are published openly: prices.

Our principles, stated concretely

The sentence “customer satisfaction matters more to us than anything” says nothing. So we write our principles in terms that can be checked:

  • We publish the channel list. “Ten thousand channels” is a marketing figure and writing it on its own would be misleading. That is why we put the list, split category by category, on the site: channel categories.
  • We don't sell without a trial. Selling a subscription to a customer whose internet isn't good enough is revenue in the short term and a complaint in the long term. When a trial result is poor, we say so plainly.
  • We publish the price on the site. We don't use the “write to us and we'll quote” approach. The figures are on the page and they don't change in the chat.
  • We write the limits of the guarantee. What we give our word on and what we don't is listed on a separate page: guarantee terms.
  • We don't hide the internet requirement. HD needs 8–10 Mbps, Full HD 12–15 Mbps, 4K 25+ Mbps. Saying that in advance is better than explaining it afterwards.
  • We don't split support by plan. Someone on a monthly subscription gets the same response time as someone on a yearly one.

What we give our word on

  • That the service works for the length of your subscription — if the fault is on our side, finding the fix is our job.
  • That days lost because of us are added to the subscription term.
  • That we ask for no extra payment for a setup or a change of device.
  • That the price does not change during the subscription term.
  • That a message does not go unanswered — even when the fix isn't immediate, we tell you where things stand.

What we don't give our word on

This section doesn't suit a sales text, but trust is built on exactly this:

  • Your internet provider's line — outages and speed drops are outside our control.
  • A fault in your device — repairing a television, a box or a phone is the customer's responsibility.
  • A specific channel staying on air forever — that is the broadcaster's decision.
  • An unconditional promise like “100% money back whatever happens” — we wrote our terms precisely, because we want to write what we can actually deliver.
We reduce the risk in advance

Most of the limits above become clear with one trial before any payment. That is why the 24-hour free trial is not a marketing gesture for us but part of how we work.

How to get in touch

We have two official channels: the WhatsApp number +1 (409) 497-9894 and the email address info@iptvbaku.com. WhatsApp suits a quick answer, email suits anything you want on record. Which question is more practical to send where, we set out on the contact page.

The best way to get to know us isn't to read a presentation — it's to try it free for 24 hours and decide for yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Which city are you based in?

The service is entirely online: the setup is done remotely and support runs over WhatsApp. So a physical address serves no practical purpose for the customer — there is nowhere to go and no technician to wait for.

The service works the same way in Baku and in every region: IPTV by region.

Why are there no customer reviews or star ratings on the site?

Because we don't want to publish reviews and ratings that cannot be verified. Sections like that are easy to fill, but they give the reader nothing.

Instead we publish what can be checked: the channel list, the prices, the internet requirement and the limits of the guarantee. The rest you see for yourself on the 24-hour free trial.

What can you say about the legal side of the service?

We provide a subscription and technical support service. We offer subscriptions for personal use in the home.

In commercial venues — hotels, cafes, bars and the like — obtaining the relevant permissions for showing broadcasts in public is the venue's own responsibility. We touched on this on the business page.

Can I talk to you before buying a subscription?

Yes, and in fact we recommend it. If you write us your device, your internet speed and which channels you watch, we can tell you in advance whether the service suits you.

If we think it doesn't, we say so plainly — we don't try to talk anyone into buying.

Does support really run 24/7?

Yes, the support channel is open day and night and messages don't go unanswered. At night the response and activation times can stretch a little.

Simple cases — a channel not opening, an audio track, a mistyped code — are usually solved in the first exchange: problems and fixes.

If I stop the service, what happens to my data?

When the subscription ends the stream stops. What we keep about you is minimal — a contact number and the subscription record. We don't store card details, because we never take them.

If you want to come back later, getting in touch again is enough; the setup is repeated and no extra fee is charged.
