You see the phrase “100% guarantee” a lot in IPTV adverts. In practice it says nothing, because there are no conditions behind it. We do the opposite: we write our obligation narrowly but precisely. That way, when a problem comes up, there is nothing to argue about — the terms were known in advance.
The logic of our guarantee is simple: the service must work for the term you paid for. If it doesn't, and the cause is on our side, finding the fix is our job.
What we guarantee
That the service works
We guarantee the stream stays available for the length of your subscription. A fault on the server side, channels not opening, a code not working — those are our problem and they are dealt with first.
Fixing technical problems
We take on providing support for problems with the setup, the app, the subscription details and the stream quality. Support runs 24 hours a day and does not change with the plan you bought.
Extending the term
Days when you could not use the service because of a fault on our side are added to the end of your subscription. There is no separate charge for that.
Keeping the channel base
We protect the size of the channel list we published. If the list shrinks seriously, we don't hide it and we offer an option. The list is here: channels.
Refunding the remaining term
If a technical problem continues and cannot be solved, we refund the payment for the unused part of the term. That is the last step — first we try to fix it.
Answering you
A message you send does not go unanswered. Even when an immediate fix is not possible, we tell you where things stand.
What we do not guarantee
This section is not convenient from a sales point of view, but without it a guarantee means nothing. The cases below are outside our control:
- Problems with your internet. If your provider's line drops, the speed falls or the Wi-Fi is weak, IPTV is affected too. We help in that situation — we try to find what is causing it — but we cannot guarantee the internet service itself.
- Device faults. A fault in the television, the box or the phone, outdated firmware or a lack of memory are not our obligation. Replacing, repairing or buying a device is the customer's expense.
- A channel going off air. A channel's broadcasting policy, a name change or stopping transmission altogether is the broadcaster's own decision. We cannot promise that a specific channel will stay forever. In such cases we offer an alternative channel.
- Power cuts and general infrastructure outages. If electricity or the internet backbone goes down in your home or your district, no compensation is calculated for that outage.
- Sharing your subscription details. Sharing the code with third parties, selling it or opening it on more screens than your plan allows leads to the subscription being stopped. No refund applies in that case.
- Changing your mind. If the service works technically without fault and you simply don't want to watch, that is not a guarantee case. That is exactly why we offer a free trial before any payment.
We don't write “we refund 100% of your money whatever happens”, because even if we wrote it, applying it unconditionally would not be possible. Instead we bring the risk close to zero beforehand: the 24-hour free trial is given without asking for card details.
What happens when there is a problem
You report it
You write the problem to WhatsApp. The device model, a screenshot of the problem and which channel it happened on speed up the first answer.
We find the source
Together we work out whether the problem is on our side, in the internet or in the device. This stage usually ends after a few checks.
We fix it
If the source is ours, we fix it. If it is on the device or the internet side, we write exactly what needs doing — that is part of support even when it is not a guarantee case.
Compensation is calculated
If days were lost because of a fault on our side, they are added to your subscription term. If the problem cannot be solved, the payment for the remaining term is refunded.
How the extension is calculated
The calculation rests on a simple principle: the days you could not use are counted. If the stream did not open for two days because of something on our side, two days are added to the end of your subscription. For partial problems — one category not working, for instance — we discuss the length of the extension together.
| Situation | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Outage on the server side | Lost days are added to the subscription |
| A few channels not working | A fix, or an alternative channel if that isn't possible |
| Code not working and not fixable | New subscription details, or a refund of the remaining term |
| Outage on your internet | Support is given, no extension is calculated |
| Device fault | Advice is given, no extension is calculated |
| A channel going off air | An alternative is offered, no refund applies |
The trial period is part of the guarantee
The strongest part of the guarantee comes before the payment. During the 24-hour free trial you see the channels on your own television, over your own internet — which means that by the time you buy a subscription you already know how the service behaves in your conditions. No card details are asked for, no automatic subscription starts, and after the trial you are left with no obligation.
For us this is the most practical way to reduce refund requests. For you it means a decision without risk. The terms are on the trial page and the plans on the prices page.
What stays fixed in the subscription terms
- The price does not change during your subscription term — no extra payment is asked for halfway through.
- Support is the same on every plan; a cheap plan does not mean a slow answer.
- All channels are included in the subscription, there is no paid “premium package”.
- When you renew, your details stay the same and no new setup is needed — see the setup page.
The wider a guarantee is written, the less it means. We wrote ours narrow, but only as far as we can actually deliver.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get my money back?
If a technical problem is on our side and cannot be solved, the payment for the unused part of the term is refunded. That is the last step — first we try to fix the problem or extend the term.
If the service works normally and you have simply changed your mind, no refund applies. To remove that risk, a 24-hour free trial is given before any payment.
My internet was down — do you add the lost days?
No. An outage on your provider's line is outside our control, so no extension is calculated.
That said, we don't refuse support: together we work out whether the problem is in the internet, the device or on our side. If the source turns out to be ours, the days are added.
What happens if the channel I watch goes off air?
A channel stopping its transmission is the broadcaster's own decision and we cannot guarantee against it. In such cases we offer an alternative channel with similar content.
We publish the channel list in advance so you know what you will get when you subscribe: channel list.
Is a contract signed for the guarantee?
For personal subscriptions no written contract is drawn up; the terms are set out openly on this page and your chat history remains as evidence. That is why we recommend not deleting the WhatsApp conversation.
For commercial use — a hotel, restaurant or office — the terms are discussed individually: IPTV for business.
My device broke — can I use my subscription on a new one?
Yes. Changing device does not cancel the subscription — the app is installed on the new device and your details are entered there. We don't charge extra for that repeat setup.
Repairing the device itself, or buying a new one, is not covered by our guarantee.
Can I give my subscription to someone else?
Sharing the subscription details with third parties, selling them or opening more screens than your plan allows goes against the terms and leads to the subscription being stopped. No refund applies in that case.
If you need several screens at home, the proper route is the device plan: multi-device subscription.
How long does it take you to respond to a problem?
Support runs 24 hours a day and messages do not go unanswered. Simple cases — a channel not opening, an audio track, a mistyped code — are usually solved in the first exchange.
For faults on the server side the time to fix can vary; in those cases we keep you informed and the lost days are added to your subscription.
