Contact and support

Support is open 24/7. Below we set out which question is faster in which channel, and what to send in the first message so the matter is settled in one exchange.

WhatsApp 24/7info@iptvbaku.comAnswers at night too

To reach us there is no form to fill in and no queue to wait in. We have two official channels and both come straight to us.

Contact channels

WhatsApp — the main channel

+1 (409) 497-9894. The fastest route for the setup, a technical problem, activating a subscription and renewing. Open 24/7.

Email

info@iptvbaku.com. Suits anything you want on record, business enquiries and exchanging documents.

Business enquiries

For multi-screen venues such as hotels, restaurants, cafes and offices the calculation is made individually: IPTV for business.

These are our only official channels

No channel other than the WhatsApp number and the email address above belongs to us. Anyone writing in our name and asking for a card PIN, a banking password or an SMS confirmation code is a fraudster — we never ask for those details. More: payment safety.

What to expect on response times

Support is open day and night, but to be straight with you: the response time varies with the hour and with the kind of question.

  • Simple questions — price, channels, device compatibility — are usually answered quickly.
  • Payment activation is done by hand and takes 5–15 minutes in total; at night it can stretch a little.
  • Technical problems need checking. Finding the source can take a few exchanges — which is why sending the full details in the first message saves time.
  • Faults on the server side vary in how long they take to fix; in those cases we don't leave you in the dark and the lost days are added to your subscription — guarantee terms.

What to send when you write

With technical problems, the secret to getting it solved in one exchange is what goes into the first message. Add these three things and no follow-up questions are needed:

1

The device model

For example “Samsung Smart TV 2021”, “Xiaomi Android box” or “iPhone 13”. The model pins down both the app choice and the likely cause.

2

A screenshot of the problem

An error message, a blank screen or a frozen picture — an image says far more than text. If there is an error code, make sure it is visible.

3

Your internet speed

Send a screenshot of a speed test result. HD needs 8–10 Mbps, Full HD 12–15 Mbps, 4K 25+ Mbps — most freezing complaints are explained by these numbers.

On top of that: which channel does the problem happen on — one channel, one category, or all of them? That one sentence speeds up finding the source considerably. The fixes for the most common problems we have already written out: setup and problems.

Writing before you buy

When you have a question there is no need to wait until you have bought a subscription. We can check in advance whether your internet speed is enough, whether your device is compatible and whether the channels you are looking for are in the base. The channel list is already published: channels, and the plans are here: prices.

Frequently asked questions

Can I call, or is it chat only?

Our main channel is WhatsApp chat — sending setup steps, codes and screenshots in writing is both more precise and something you can look back at later.

If the situation can't be settled in a chat, we agree the format of contact together.

If I write at night, will I get an answer?

Yes, support is open 24/7 and your message doesn't wait until morning. At night the response and the payment activation can stretch a little.

In urgent cases — a channel not opening during a live broadcast, for instance — send a screenshot straight away and the check is done first.

Which language can I write in?

Azerbaijani works comfortably. You will also get an answer if you write in Turkish or Russian.

What matters is not the language but the completeness of the details: the device model, a screenshot of the problem and your internet speed.

My question isn't technical, it's about price — should I still write?

The prices are already published on the site: prices page. It has the 1-, 6- and 12-month plans, as well as the rates by number of devices.

If you want to know which plan suits your situation, write how many screens you'll watch on — we'll pick it together.

What should I send for a business enquiry?

The type of venue (hotel, restaurant, bar, office), how many screens will run at the same time and your current internet speed — those three details are enough for a first calculation.

The details and terms are here: IPTV for business.

Should I keep the chat?

Yes, we recommend it. Because no written contract is drawn up for personal subscriptions, the chat and the payment receipt are your simplest proof.

With a guarantee request too, the first thing we look at is the chat history: guarantee terms.
